At Helvetia Farm Market, our coffee bar is serving up a seasonal lineup of specialty drinks designed to be comforting, indulgent, and full of flavor.

Snikerdoodle Chai (Hot Only)

A customer favorite and winter classic, our Snickerdoodle Chai is rich, warming, and gently spiced. Made with Holy Kakow vanilla syrup, Portland Syrup Co. brown sugar syrup, and Blue Lotus traditional chai, this drink is finished with clarified ghee, cinnamon, and Schoch Dairy whole milk. We top it all off with our house-made cinnamon brown sugar whipped cream for an extra cozy touch.

Star Anise Fog (Iced or Hot)

Light, aromatic, and comforting, the Star Anise Fog is a beautiful blend of tea and spice. We use Mama-te-a’s Rejoice Tea paired with our house-made star anise syrup, vanilla, India Tree cinnamon sugar, and Schoch Dairy whole milk. It’s soothing when hot and refreshingly unique when iced.

Frosted Pistachio Mocha (Iced or Hot)

For those who love something a little indulgent, our Frosted Pistachio Mocha is a must-try. This drink features a blend of Holy Kakow white chocolate and pistachio syrups, organic dark cocoa powder, and Dapper & Wise espresso, finished with Schoch Dairy whole milk. It’s rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced.

Golden Latte (Iced or Hot)

Warm, nourishing, and gently spiced, our Golden Latte is made with India Tree ground turmeric, Nature’s Best raw honey, cardamom, ginger, and Schoch Dairy whole milk. This drink is comforting and vibrant—perfect for chilly days or anyone looking for a caffeine-free option.
