Ingredients

Friday — Chicken & Biscuit Bake

Use leftover chicken soup as the base.


Easy Chicken & Biscuit Bake Filling:

Pour leftover soup into a baking dish.

If the soup is thin:

  • Simmer a few minutes to reduce

  • Or stir in:

    • cooked rice

    • frozen vegetables

    • a splash of cream

    • shredded cheese


Simple Drop Biscuits

Mix Together

  • Flour

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Milk

Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the filling.


Shortcut option:

  • Use refrigerated biscuit dough

  • Or biscuit mix


Bake

Bake at 400°F until:

  • Biscuits are golden brown

  • Filling is hot and bubbly


Optional Add-Ins

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Garlic butter on top

  • Fresh parsley

  • Black pepper


This is an easy end-of-week comfort meal that makes the most of the leftovers from your chicken week.
