PACKAGING:
 
Option 1 (default) - All items will come in one large heat-shrink freezer bag.
 
Option 2 (addtional charges) - Vaccuum seal bags.  Pieces will be vaccuum sealed as described below for each type of cut-up option.  Vaccuum seal bags are great for freezing and will hold for a long time.
 
Cut-up Choices and Pricing:
Spatchcock Turkey - $4.50
Turkey is spatchcocked, creating a flat turkey great for smoking or grilling.
Spine is removed (included inside of packaged turkey)
Packaged in heat shrink, freezer ready bag.
Giblets provided in separate bag
There are no vaccuum packing options for this type of cut.
 
 Split Turkey - $5.25
Turkey is split into two pieces.
Spine removed (half of spine included in each package)and then split along breast plate
Each turkey half is packaged separately in a heat shrink, freezer ready bag.
Giblets provided in separate bag.

2 pieces* – Skin-on breast (boneless)
2 pieces* – Tenders
2 pieces* – Whole wings

Optional vaccumed seal packaging - $5.00 (additional)
 
* - If the vaccum seal packaging option is chosen, these pieces will be packaged in a single vacuum sealed bag.
** - These pieces are only provided in a heat shrink, freezer ready bag.
 
Online Transaction Fee - $1 (each time a customer uses a credit/debit card online, we have to pay a "transaction fee" to the card companies. It can really add up. Our online transaction fee covers the fee we must pay to the card companies. This fee is not part of the deposit).
 
ANNUAL PICKUP PARTY
Our annual pickup party will be Saturday, November 22nd and Sunday, November 23rd!  We'll have samples, vendors, and Thanksgiving shopping! If you'd like to enjoy the festivities; choose Saturday or Sunday for your pickup below!  Trying to avoid the crowd? Pick up your turkey outside of the weekend (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wedensday).
