Hands-On Chicken Slaughter Class
Gain a deeper understanding of where your food comes from in our hands-on chicken slaughter class. This workshop is designed to teach participants the humane and respectful process of harvesting a chicken, from start to finish.
Led by our experienced processing managers, you’ll learn:
• Ethical considerations and humane practices for slaughter.
• Proper handling techniques to minimize stress on the animal.
• Step-by-step guidance on the slaughtering process, including scalding, plucking, and evisceration.
