Lecture Series: Fruit Pie Secret Ingredients

Come learn how you make a simple rustic fruit pie with in season fruit and secret ingredients!  Basic pie dough will be demonstrated, and a selection of fruit pie fillings  will be presented.  Each participant will go home with a single crust pie dough and a prepared apple pie filling with secret ingredient, including a fluted paper pastry pan to bake your apple pie in!
