About The Event
Blind Wine Tasting Challenge
For the past three quarters, we’ve hosted Wine Lectures—now it’s your turn to put your palate to the test.
Join us anytime between 2pm and 4:30 for a guided, one-hour blind tasting featuring six local Oregon and Washington wines. Each wine will be poured discreetly from a brown bag (2.5 oz pours), giving you the chance to focus purely on aroma, flavor, and structure—no labels, no hints.
Can you identify the key differences between Sangiovese and Tempranillo? How about Pinot Gris, Riesling, and stainless-steel Chardonnay? Will you be able to tell Pinot Meunier from Gamay Noir?
You’ll have time to taste, reflect, and write down your notes and guesses before we come back together for the big reveal.
